This weekend my love surprised me with home made burgers.
After craving for more than a month that I want to go to a small restaurant which serves the best burgers in town (at least in my opinion), he decided to make the burgers at home. I know that they are not among the healthiest meals, but making them at home can, at least, give you the mental comfort that they are not that bad :D.
So, he bought ready-made burger beef meat, grilled it and put it in the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes to make sure that it’s properly cooked. He added lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, avocado, a little bit of mayonnaise and ketchup, cheese and pickles (mum’s recipe). As a side dish – baked potatoes seasoned with herbs.
And the result was magnificent! So so delicious!!!! You must definitely try this at home! Bon Appetite!
